Khartoum (Raxanreeb online) – The Sudanese military has taken over most of the strongholds of the opposition RSF.
A war took place today and the military took over the important cities of Mansoura, Murabat and Elfitihab.
The army seized the arms and ammunition warehouse of the RSF group as reported by Al Jazeera.
The RSF group, which receives support from the UAE, is losing all the areas they were in.
The US government also imposed sanctions last night on Mohamed Hamdan Hemedti, the leader of the group and his business companies in Abu Dubai.
He is banned from traveling to the United States and has all of his assets in the United States frozen.
However, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that members of the Rapid Support Forces and the militias that work with them have committed crimes against humanity, ethnic cleansing, and indiscriminate genocide in Sudan. /Banadir
