Sheikh Adan Mohamed Noor (Madobe), the Speaker of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, has embarked on an official visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the invitation of his Emirati counterpart. This visit signifies a deepening of diplomatic and parliamentary ties between the two nations.

Accompanying Speaker Madobe is a delegation comprising key parliamentary figures, including the Chairman of the Somalia-UAE Parliamentary Friendship Committee and representatives to the Arab League Parliament. The visit aims to bolster inter-parliamentary collaboration and explore avenues for mutual growth and development.

During his stay, Speaker Madobe is scheduled to engage in high-level meetings with UAE officials, beginning with discussions with the Speaker of the UAE Federal National Council. The dialogue will focus on enhancing bilateral relations, addressing regional security challenges, and expanding economic cooperation between Somalia and the UAE.
